The manufacture of cement involves the grinding of clinker, limestone, gypsum and other additions to the ball mill, steel cylinder and separated into two chambers inside which introduce different sized balls crushed raw materials.
The process is controlled by a complex system of PLC's which is handled automatically in the plant, measuring raw materials through electronic scales and grindings according to manufacturing specifications, strictly controlled by the laboratory.
The factory has the following facilities:
2 mills of balls of different sizes and production capacitie
1 bagging of 8 mouths, palletizer and baler
1 clinker storage shed with a capacity of 100,000 tons
1 limestone storage shed with a capacity of 2,000 tons
1 plaster storage shed with a capacity of 4,000 tons
12 cement storage silos: 4 5000Tm capacity and 8 2500Tm. The total storage capacity is 40000Tm.
10 automatic load of cement with the respective weighing scales
2 truck scales for weight control platform with pallets of bags and tubs of raw materials.
